Award winning wines from local maverick producer Peter Hall, a beautifully situated vineyard in the heart of the South Downs. By adding a dosage of fresh Breaky Bottom Crème de Cassis at the time of disgorgement they have produced a most delicious pink fizz with a superb soft-rose colour and a gentle hint of blackcurrant at the finish.
Dazzling and fresh displaying its youthful charm, this 100% Chardonnay has a rich lemon colour, with fine beading bubbles. Fresh fruity aromas of lychee on the nose. Citrus on the palate, sweetness and acidity nicely balanced.
Court Garden of Ditchling is our nearest vineyard! And a new addition to our range. If you want to drink superb, very local fizz then this is for you. Pale lemon in colour, the nose offers light floral elements and a citrus burst with a touch of sweetness. The palate has a wonderfully generous mousse that opens up lemon flavours with a sherbet finish. Fabulous on its own or wonderful paired with seafood.
Pale gold with fine, persistent bubbles. Bread dough, ripe apple, floral/blossom notes, well rounded nose with a toasty base and sprightly citrus and apple top notes. Rich, lovely around the mouth and well balanced. Citrus leaning towards tangerine with a toasty, nutty finish. A classic English sparkling wine.
Literally translated as the ‘white of whites’, this finest style of sparkling wine is produced purely from Chardonnay grapes. In Champagne, Blanc de Blancs wines are traditionally considered the premium wines from a house due to their greatest ageing potential. Nyetimber wines are no exception to this and over the years have won many accolades since the first vintage in 1992.
